Effective: January 1, 2026
To protect our schedule and ensure availability for all clients, all appointments require a card on file. The following fees apply to any appointment type:
Late Cancellation Fee – $50
A $50 fee will be charged for any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Definition: “Within 24 hours” means any change made less than 24 full hours before your scheduled appointment start time.
No-Show Fee – $75
A $75 fee will be charged if:
- You do not show for your appointment, or
- You arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time, which is considered a no-show.
Rescheduling Clause
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is treated the same as a cancellation and will incur the $50 late-cancel fee.
Applies to All Services
This policy applies to all services, including:
- Consultations
- Botox & all neurotoxin treatments
- Dermal fillers
- Facials
- Laser services
- Microneedling/PRP
- Body contouring
- Massages
- IV wellness infusions & injections
- Weight loss visits
- Any other spa service

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
