Do you offer free consultations? Who do I meet with for my consult or treatment?
Yes, we offer free consultations. You will either meet with our Med Spa Director or one of our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners. Please contact us for more information.
Payment
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to see you, but you may be asked to reschedule.
Do you take insurance, CareCredit or HSA?
We do not take insurance or HSA. We do offer payment plans through Care Credit and Cherry.
Gift Cards
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased at the med spa.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Your gift card may be applied toward any product or service at Evita Med Spa.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
I have questions regarding my gift card. What should I do?
