MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Flexible Membership, Clear Commitment
- 3-month minimum commitment
- 30-day cancellation notice required
- Credits are designed for consistent monthly use and don’t automatically carry over
- Grace rollover: 1 unused credit per quarter, must be used within 30 days (maximum of 1 rollover at any time)
- Credits expire if your membership is canceled or inactive
- Freeze option available: 1-3 months per year (credits do not accrue during freeze)
- Upgrade your plan anytime—changes take effect on your next billing cycle
- Switch between a facial and massage credit at any time, month to month

Everything You Need to Know Before You Join
Can I use both a facial and a massage in the same month?
Your monthly credit covers one service — either a facial or a massage — based on your tier. But you can switch between the two from month to month, so if you had a facial last month, you can use this month’s credit toward a massage.
Do member discounts apply to add-on services and products, too?
Yes. Your tier’s discount applies to additional services and product purchases in-spa.
What happens if I don't use my credit in a given month?
You have two options. Once per quarter, you can carry your unused service credit forward for up to 30 days as a grace rollover (maximum of one rollover at any time). Otherwise, the dollar value of your monthly payment is banked in your account to spend on future services or products.
What happens after my 3-month minimum commitment?
Your membership continues month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Can I upgrade or change my tier?
Yes. Upgrade your plan anytime. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I need to take a break?
You can freeze your membership for 1 to 3 months per year. Credits pause during your freeze and resume when you reactivate.
