MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Flexible Membership, Clear Commitment
- 6-month minimum commitment
- 30-day cancellation notice required
- Credits are designed for consistent monthly use and do not automatically carry over
- Grace rollover: 1 unused credit per quarter, must be used within 30 days (maximum of 1 rollover at any time)
- Credits expire if membership is canceled or inactive
- Freeze option available: 1–3 months per year (credits do not accrue during freeze)
- Upgrade your plan anytime — changes take effect on your next billing cycle
