As soon as you walk in it is so, so clean, has super comfy furniture, and smells amazing, lol! It’s the little things! But add that to the overall great vibes, how thorough, kind, and professional Marilyn was (plus a cool personality), to the unbeatable prices, like, there is no competition! I was given an explanation of what was needed based on my goal, but then what could be adjusted to work within my budget and still achieve desired results. The actual injections were painless and so, so fast. I love that there is a loyalty reward program and many different payment options. Not going anywhere else. Period.

Evita Med Spa is an ‘at the level’ experience. The vibe is warm, yet sophisticated. The service is extraordinary. I had my first Gummy Smile Botox injection and every part of my procedure was handled with care and consideration. Procedure had great results! Hands down the best nurse practitioner Marilyn, her hands are wonderful! Extremely satisfied customer ????

Absolutely one of my favorite places to go! It is super clean and decorated very nice! And all the staff is so polite and helpful. Marilyn has done a lip flip on me a few times and she does an amazing job. The first time I ever got it done, she explained the process throughly to me before we started and she gave her expert opinion to help me decide what I wanted done. I will definitely be coming back!

Hands down one of the most beautiful and cleanest spas I have ever walked in to, I had my lips done by Marilyn and she did amazing! She was so kind & so patient she answers everything you ask in the best way possible. Can’t wait to go back again and see her!

I am terrified of needles! I am also vain. The combination of these two quirks make for a longer appointment times for Botox and fillers. My visits consist of tears, hand holding and lots of breaks between injections. Marilyn is a saint with her patience and comforting words. And even encouraging words of how great I already look while tears are streaming down my face. Thanks girl! When extra troops are needed, Marilyn will call in sweet Miranda to hold my hands and help calm me. These two are the best and because of them, I will be looking good for Hot Girl Summer!

Miranda is very attentive to the needs of my skin. She did a micro needling treatment and was very gentle and honest with my treatment plan. I have also received treatment from Marilyn to correct pigmentation which I am very satisfied with my results. Also recommend getting a relaxing massage with Laural. Friendly and professional staff and beautiful facilities. Highly recommend.

Brand new facility! The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond! They are open after hours and even on Saturdays! They also have all new equipment that other places don’t offer.

I had a signature facial with Laural yesterday and she was WONDERFUL! It was such a relaxing experience, she explained everything well, and was just so pleasant, in general. This morning, I awoke to radiant, youthful looking skin and am so happy with the results! I’ll be back, for sure, and would highly recommend visiting.

The facilities were very nice and clean. I was impressed! I had Laural as my massage therapist when I came. She listened to my needs and goals for the session. She was so kind, was very courteous and made sure she was applying accurate pressure as well as making sure I was comfortable the whole time, and helped me with knots I had in my neck and back. I feel so much better now! The whole experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. Thank you Laural for taking care of me! I can’t wait to come back for our next session!

Excellent experience!!! It is very beautiful and relaxing place. The staff is super friendly. I had my first HydraFacial with Laural, she is excellent and she did a very good job. She is very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations. I am also having a laser procedure with Marilyn. She is excellent and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Evita Med Spa!

Laurel was amazing! She was attentive to the tension spots in my body. She made sure I was comfortable in every way, even offering an eye mask to keep the ambient light out of my eyes for me so I could stay relaxed. I would and will come back to see her. I highly recommend Evita Med Spa to anyone.

An incredible experience! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They provide recommendations/ guidance during your consultation and do not push or try to upsell you services. It was my first time doing a procedure and I wanted an organic approach where the touch up looked natural. I was treated by Marilyn under the supervision of Anthony who is the director. Every step felt custom to what I wanted done and the procedure was painless. I was very worried at first since it was my first time but the whole process was effortless and the results after a week are Amazing!

I could not recommend Marilyn at Evita more. Marilyn did my Botox procedure for TMJ and the results have truly been so wonderful for me. I am so grateful for her expertise and will be back for more appointments with her!
